- RFAL Technology is working towards ISO/IEC 17025, accreditation for our Reliability & Failure Analysis Laboratory. The laboratory is expected to receive ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation as soon as possible.

This Quality Policy is issued under the authority of the RFAL Technology Managing Director. Since its foundation, RFAL has been meticulously looking out to provide quality services while continuously upgrading its technology, preserving the environment and taking extra safety measures.
In order to sustain and to preserve these standards we try:
- To maintain the afaq ISO 9001 laboratory certification
- To abide by total quality principles
- To evaluate the needs of our customers and to provide services that meets these needs
- To continuously improve our services and to raise them above the customer expectations
- To always have good working relationships with our customers
- To maintain a safe and a unhazardous working environment for our personnel
- To ensure all personnel concerned with testing activities within the laboratory and familiarize themselves with the quality documentation and implement the policies and procedures in their work

This Quality Objective is issued under the authority of the Anttela’s Managing Director to deliver innovative solutions to facilitate our customers’ success in the global market place. In doing so, Anttela will meet customer expectation by:
- Achieving 99% timely test report release within the time frame agreed by customer
- Achieving Customer satisfaction minimum 5% feedback from total survey sent and achieving score of minimum average Grade B yearly
- Achieving minimum 1 internal & external training per staff per year
- Maintaining the equipment traceability
